It's more simple than you think

The creative speed of 'knowingness' and 'intuition'

That fiery energy continues to move me this week and so here I am again.

Today I want to talk about the power of ‘knowingness’ and ‘intuition’ as states of being that produce outcomes and results

• that are in full alignment with who you are

• that are greater than you could have predicted

• with great efficiency and speed

We have been gifted with a connectivity to our ‘knowingness’ and ‘intuition’ that taps into our inner wisdom and accesses knowledge beyond our conscious awareness.

Knowingness refers to a deep sense of inner knowing or understanding without the need for logical reasoning or external evidence. It is a state of absolute certainty or conviction about something, often arising from an intuitive or spiritual source. When you are in your knowingness, you have a strong sense of insight that feels undeniable, even if you cannot explain it logically.

This is the space that I call people into and speak from in coaching. I have a knowing about where they are to journey to. Sometimes I can see that before coaching and I call people in from here. I recently began the year long graduate Sacred Leadership program a few weeks ago in Manly with 17 awesome people. When I received the vision of this new program by accessing my intuition through the last 9 week meditation program, I wrote down about 60 + names - some of the people who I’d coached over the years. Then I went back over this list of names and asked myself ‘who do I ‘know’ that has to be here?’ I went over this list from my knowing several times.

The 17 people who were there two weeks ago were the people I ‘knew’ had to be there. Interestingly there were other people who I would have truly ‘loved’ to have been there but I didn’t having a ‘knowing’ about. Of course they were not there in Manly.

Before a discovery call I go to my knowing even if I have never met them before. Sometimes I know that we are going to coach before we’ve spoken. I remember having this knowing about someone I ended up coaching for a few years. The knowing was so strong within me that I spoke to this knowing in the first five minutes of our call. I’d never met her before and yet she agreed and we laughed.

Last night on a group call with the Sacred Leaders I spoke to my knowing about a vision that one of the participants had. My knowing saw the vision as much less complicated than the one she was seeing. My knowing saw a version of the vision that could be created immediately, that would be of such powerful service, and that would have her own and share her authority which she’d gathered over many, many years. It would also allow her to be in her joy of connection and joy is generative. Only more goodness can unfold from joy which is a creatively superior experience to the anxiety and fear that she had been dipping in and out of.

On the other hand when we are in our head we’re dead. When we are in our head ‘trying to work it out’ (which is a place that I can go to as well), we lose connection with our knowingness. When we try to work things out we complicate and delay. I had a conversation only this morning with someone who said ‘I need to find an angel to help me build the systems I need to get this off the ground’. All that I could hear was delay, delay, delay - a great strategy by the ego to affirm beliefs around limited capacity, not enough’ness and need to control.

Intuition is similar to knowingness and is the ability to understand or perceive something without the need for conscious reasoning. It involves accessing information that is beyond the scope of our conscious awareness, sensory perception and the identity of our history, skills, knowledge and experience. In fact intuition allows us to connect way beyond our identity and this ‘time and space’. Intuition manifests as that feeling in your gut, sudden insights and awareness’ and callings and intuitive pulls - without knowing exactly how you know it or ‘how’ it will all unfold. It often operates in a subtle and spontaneous manner and guides us towards new vision, decision making and problem solving.

Interestingly I was woken last night with a statement that came to my consciousness that ‘vision comes from our secret intuitions’; intuitions that are intimate at first, until they are shared. I’d never heard that before but it’s so true.

I thank God for my intuition. It is liquid gold and my most valuable asset. There is no way that I would have left my very happy Human Resources career 20 years ago had I not heard (from beyond this time and space) my first son’s words ‘you are here to ignite peoples’ spirits and hearts’. There is no way that I’d be coaching with the authenticity and freedom I have, and nor would I have the ultimate joy of facilitating retreats in China, Vietnam, Bali, Phuket, Croatia and Kenya (Kenya for the 5th time next year 14 - 26 May 2024). In fact I would not be married to my husband had he not listened to his intuition!

Intuition however doesn’t have the conviction and certainty of our knowingness at first and requires faith, the decision to let go of control and to surrender, and surrender and to continue surrendering.

In December 2021 I launched my podcast The Intuitive Pull, ha ha. Was this podcast in my ‘plan’? Did I decide to create a podcast as a ‘strategy’ to ‘win more clients’?

No way in the world! I am literally lol’ing!

I followed some breadcrumbs and then one day my intuition said ‘create a podcast’. There was no agenda. The choice was made because I followed those breadcrumbs and because I love to share. That’s it. I did not start a podcast as a ‘lead magnate’. Ha ha again.

And yet it has created so, so many ripples of impact far beyond I could have ever imagined including more than 350 girls now having sanitary means in the slums of Kenya, a negative cancer diagnosis attributed to one of the episodes, someone who had been in suicidal depression writing out their thoughts as she listened to an episode and then having the courage to share with me. And yes, I have been graced with new clients and returning clients. ALL by following the intuitive pull - consistently.

I have many stories that I could share with you of clients who have experienced awesome results by following their intuition and knowing. 300% increase in revenue with perfectly aligned clients, record revenue when the industry is in low season, proposals coming through with a yes after a session speaking to their fear of lack. Even last night someone said their event has been filled and ‘I haven’t worked as hard in getting people there. I chose to have the right people in the mix and I knew if they were ready’. And another one who talked about new clients booking in, not from hustling but because she chose to give herself time and space from a place of self-love.

It is much more simple than we think.

I know this because I did all that shit that I thought I should do.

Until I remembered. Until I re-connected with the sacred, creative power of intuition and knowingness.

And so I was very, very pulled to write this morning and to remind those who need reminding that it is so much more simple than we think it is.

Sure there is a process of cleaning up so that we can be in our intuition and knowingness. If we believe we are a human doing, seperate, alone and disconnected, well there is no way we can be connected to our intuition and knowingness. If we believe that the power is out there in systems and things and other people, same same. And if we believe that we don’t have the capacity, that we need to control, that we are unworthy or not enough, same same same.

I have so much energy to support people in remembering and reconnecting to how simple it really is. In fact I know that’s my Dharma, my divine assignment. How blessed am I.
