It's Vulnerable To Be In Our Strength and Power
Not walking into that vulnerability risks everything that truly matters
It’s vulnerable to be in our strength and power.
That’s the truth.
These are the words that have been playing with me and playing with me and playing with me.
When that leadership comes from 'beyond', there's not only a vulnerability to stand in it, but there's also a humility.
It’s vulnerable to lead from intuition and knowing. Really vulnerable.
It’s vulnerable to be different. Feeling the feels with that.
It’s vulnerable to step aside from conventions and cultures and regular ways of being and doing and live, lead and speak to paradigms that are not yet common.
It’s vulnerable to call people forward to step into a vision that you see but most can’t or do not want to see.
It’s vulnerable to take risks, to put yourself out there publicly and lead from what you know.
It’s vulnerable to follow intuitive pulls that at times you can’t describe, that have no guarantees but you know in your heart of hearts you have no choice but to follow them.
It’s vulnerable to communicate what you’d prefer not to at the risk of someone not liking what you say or pulling away.
It’s so vulnerable to let go of control and surrender into grace.
It’s also vulnerable to play the ‘what if this worked?’ game.
It's so very vulnerable to choose what you really, really desire beyond roles, responsibilities, burdens, expectations and identities.
In summary it’s vulnerable to decide that you are fiercely fucking deserving and to make that commitment to living your most miraculous and abundant timeline.
You know what I desire?
I desire that people inhabit a deep relationship with themselves and that they live from the riches of presence, personal responsibility, intuition, knowing, surrender, faith and grace.
From the riches of the plans they didn’t make.
From the riches of following the yellow brick road to their heart’s greatest joy and fulfilment.
I desire to be a demonstration of this, to call people forward so that through their experience they too can see what happens when we live from the riches of our infinite and eternal self, connected to all beyond time and space, when we live in the tapestry of the divine mind.
In the tapestry of the divine mind that knows what, who, when, how and why, that offers an abundance of all that matters, that offers the opportunity to know what sits deep within our hearts and to live from there.
It is this 'let go' that calls me every day.
To step outside of control, of planning, of needing to know.
And instead to step into grace - a relationship with life that is one of surrender that leads us into living visions and realities that we could never have anticipated at the start line.
This is what I desire because when we live from here we experience a generosity that sits beyond personal expectation and the privilege of witnessing the ripples upon ripples upon ripples because we have chosen to live from love. As we go first, so do others.
It truly is vulnerable to be in our strength and power. And there is a certain humility within it because our leadership does not come from our person, but beyond.
And that’s the truth.
This is where I want to play.
I want to lean here, not in the absence of the strength and power of vulnerability because it is part of it.
I want to lean here in the vulnerability of BEING in our strength and power and not just at some future date, but now.
I want to play with those who feel what I am writing about, who feel pulled by the invitation to not only be in the vulnerability of their strength and power, but also in its humility.
Love,
Gisele
