The Return: A Harvest, A Homecoming, And Braver Spaces
Return home to your gifts, not to the places they once fit, but into braver spaces
There is a return that awaits that only you can give yourself.
A return to a place that no human can understand with the logical mind because the extraordinary is so real.
But before the return comes the cave. The cave of shame. Because even though you took so much responsibility to clean things up, maybe even overdosing on personal responsibility, blame still lives inside. And where there is blame, there is shame.
“I messed it up.” “I should have known better.” “I should have done better.”
Self-judgment hiding in the shadows. And when you made yourself wrong, you made yourself unworthy.
Unworthy of God’s love - for you. Unworthy of miracles that defy gravity - for you.
And slowly, without even knowing the source of your dissatisfaction, you began to question if the magic was ever real. If you were ever real. If your gifts were just passing flukes.
Shame is a silent assassin. Its goal is to invalidate who you are, to discredit your awesomeness. Its goal is to keep you so small so that you never put yourself in a situation where you mess things up again. Because it wants you to think that you will mess it up again. And so it patronises you so that you avoid risk at all cost.
Shame cuts power off. Shame cuts pleasure off. Shame cuts magic off. Shame cuts awe and wonder off. Shame cuts your inner, personal joy off. And most of all, shame cuts off your receiving.
And thus that multidimensional self that moved mountains, when others were pushing shit uphill, left the building.
But sometimes, we have to be our own prodigal sons and daughters. We have to experience the ache of separation, not as punishment, but as part of the return.
To honour our God-given gifts. To bow down to them in reverence. To hold sacred what most people will never touch in a lifetime.
And when we remember, when we lean into our gifts with vulnerability, when we stop fearing risk, because faith and fire have replaced fear - Grace can do her finest work.
And we are home again.
Come Home, Come Home, They Said
Come home to the gifts that were given to you.
Gifts to be held sacred.
Gifts that defy gravity, that bend reality when others say it’s not possible.
Gifts that no man could teach, for they are not skills to be learned.
Gifts that you were born with.
They entered this world the moment you did, knowing that you were the most perfect, most magnificent vessel through which they could be delivered.
They trusted you as their custodian. They found safe harbour in you, knowing that they wouldn’t stay hidden under lock and key, but instead liberated into the world.
Because you can’t help but give. You can’t help but love. You can’t help but touch others so deeply that nothing remains the same.
This is a time of deliverance. A time to untangle the bondage of unworthiness. A time to set these gifts free.
And any belief that you are not worthy of such love for these gifts to be delivered in abundance for all, this too is what longs to be liberated.
Come home, come home, they said.
This is a time of return.
And let us return home, together.
When the Vision is Given, the Vision Is Given
Inherent in that truth is a command.
It was revealed to you because it is yours to realise.
Because it is a divine assignment.
Not when the mind feels appeased by “right timing” and “right circumstances”.
When the vision is given, it is given now.
Because it trusts you. It believes in your capacity. It sees your wisdom, your love, your presence, and knows you are the one to carry it through.
It never arrives too early. It is timed with precision. Woven into a larger tapestry you cannot yet see, each thread revealing its colour as you move, one surrendered step at a time.
But be clear: If you turn away from the vision, rationalising all the reasons why not, it will find another.
And the ache that follows is the ache of a soul who passed on its mission.
So if the vision is given to you, hold it with humility.
Because it’s not given to everyone. But it was given to you.
Beyond the field that grew you
There comes a time in a leader’s journey when the call is no longer to toil the earth, to dig, to weed, to prepare the soil…but to gather the fruit of what has already been tended.
To honour that this is a season of harvest.
The wisdom, the maturity, the authority has ripened, seasoned through cycles of devotion, vulnerability, surrender after surrender, humility and authenticity.
It is ready to be shared.
And yet, this is where we falter. We try to bring the harvest back to the field that grew it. We attempt to fit the vastness of our evolution into containers that once held who we were, not who we are now.
It’s a quiet misstep.
Because the soil that grew the seed was never meant to be the vessel that delivers the fruit.
The intimacy that birthed the wisdom is not always the channel through which it is meant to be shared.
This wisdom wants breadth. It wants scale. Through a generosity of spirit, it wants to ripple outward to reach the ones who didn’t even know they were hungry until they tasted what is now ready to be served.
The abundance is not just for the few. It is for the many.
Offered in its full potency through presence, through intuition, through authenticity, through trust, through grace…..by taking more leaps into places not yet inhabited.
And….not by forcing it into old frameworks.
New spaces.
Wider tables. Larger rooms. More chairs.
More homes.
Braver spaces.
This is the deliverance. The homecoming. The return.
The wisdom is ready.
The world is ready.
And so are they.
✨ The Return: A 3-Month (very special) Mastermind ✨🌈 Beginning 1 August
For those ready to return home to their gifts, not to the places they once fit, but to the spaces they are now called to transform.
To be unshameable. To move mountains. To walk with others in sacred remembrance, and to lead from the abundance of their wisdom - no matter what.
For those who have harvested something truly good for the world, who know it’s time to share the fruit and not keep returning to the field that once grew it.
This is the moment for braver spaces to meet the many who are ready to receive the love, wisdom, maturity and authority that you embody.
Imagine where you could be by 1 November.
As I personally enter two new braver spaces with my gifts, I welcome you to do the same.
