The New Topography of Leadership
Hear ye, hear ye…
This is a message to those who have so much love and wisdom to pour into the world.
The world has changed. Its topography has changed, and that means how we travel across the world is changing too.
Old maps no longer lead to the same places.
Former navigation systems are no longer sufficient for the consciousness now trying to move through humanity.
We are requiring new vehicles for consciousness.
New architecture for leadership.
New delivery systems for wisdom.
Because what once could only be shared intimately, locally, or in small rooms can now be received in abundance across the world.
And yet many are still trying to navigate this new terrain with maps that belonged to a former world.
News Section 1 - The Two Former Camps
There was a time where there were two camps.
The camp of those who made the masculine their God, who believed that it was their action that created their results, and thus there was so much action that it became workaholism, and what became known as hustle culture. Indeed, to be “a hustler” became revered, as though relentless doing itself had become a new entrepreneurial leadership competency.
As a hustler, systems, funnels and automation were the way to success.
Get your messaging and branding on point. Cast the net wide. Gather them up.
Some people in this camp made a lot of money. Others were inspired by this, believing this was the road map to success. Some made money. Others didn’t.
Both success and disillusionment became the names of the game.
And interestingly, the more disillusioned people became, the more trapped they often became inside the very systems they believed would save them, forever searching for the next fix, the next funnel, the next strategy.
Then there was the camp who made the feminine their God.
Those who believed in the courage and power of their spirit and in their connection to Source to be the source of their results.
Within this camp there were those who became ungrounded, who absconded their personal responsibility and power away to God, and thus their love and leadership remained as formless potential.
And then there were those who were deeply sourced in their all-connectedness and, although many times challenged by the human experience, saw the privilege it is to not only be the vessel, but to also be human.
As they transmuted fear into love, they turned lead into gold.
Their system was God.
They were the funnel.
And miracles became the natural consequence of this sacred union with God and their humanity.
And yet, the denial of the masculine denied the raw creative opportunity of the feminine being delivered in abundance.
In summary, the masculine and the feminine became incomplete without the other.
News Section 2 - Love Without Structure Is Unrealised Potential
But now we are at a time of another evolution.
With the two former camps, the masculine world of form and structure denied the feminine world of all-connectedness.
And the feminine world of all-connectedness denied the masculine world of form and structure.
As each camp kept the other separate from them, this division created limitation in what was able to be expressed and experienced.
Hear ye, hear ye…
In this new evolution, intuition, structure, technology and scale are not the anti-christ.
They are now to work together.
This is the new topography.
Now through the masculine world of form, structure and technology, the feminine can be received at scale in the world.
The feminine’s love and wisdom and care and vision can now be received in abundance, no longer remaining in lanes that feel narrow, contained, and bursting at the seams.
The masculine is not the enemy.
Revere now the integrity of the masculine, for without the masculine, the feminine’s creative impetus remains filled with regret for what didn’t happen and what could have been.
Love without structure is unrealised potential.
And thus, the sacred feminine no longer needs to reject scale.
News Section 3 - The Masculine Filled With Meaning
Now through the feminine world of intuition, vision, love, and oneness with our brothers and sisters, the masculine is filled with meaning.
The feminine is not the enemy.
Revere now the integrity of the feminine, for without the feminine, the masculine would continue to place power over love, and sustain war, division and a meaningless world.
This is not the collapse of one into the other.
This is integration.
Consciousness + structure.
Energy + architecture.
Vision + delivery.
Wisdom + infrastructure.
Invisible intelligence moving through visible form.

Hear ye, hear ye, to those who know a new world is trying to emerge through us, let us lead the way.
Let our beautiful madness be the integration of opposites.
May we be the demonstration of the ones who are deeply sourced from the sacred feminine and her ways, while also embracing the masculine world of form, structure and technology.
May we become the bridge between soul and structure.
The bridge between humanity and technology.
The bridge between intuition and stewardship.
The bridge between wisdom and the world.
And may we be the stewards of love consciousness at scale.
Because perhaps the question is no longer whether scale itself is the problem.
Perhaps the deeper question is:
If scale was no longer something to fear…
